La Cornue Burners
La Cornue Burners with automatic single-handed ignition are exclusive little pieces of technology, developed by La Cornue's technical department. The large model develops an exceptional power output of 5.5 kW; the smaller model develops 3.15 kW. Made of solid brass, our burners have an extensive range of power levels allowing very precise settings ot be made. Finally, the burners are equipped with a thermocouple safety feature. Our cast-iron burner racks are designed to easily accommodate even the smallest saucepan's.
