The Compact Château
Contemporary living spaces do not always have the convivial
space for the kitchen that often gives the charm to lare
residences. So our development engineers combined all that
makes the unique character of a La Cornue Chateau into a
model that takes up less space. For example, the "Chateau
120" combines two vaulted ovens with a capacity of
58 litres (gas and electric, or all electric). The "Grand
Castel" is the ideal Chateau for those who want a single
oven, simply add two professional burners or induction,
vitro-ceramic or traditional electric burners to the cooker
top and it will add unquestionable majest to any compact
ketchen. For those whose "Grande Passion" does
not have proportionately enough space in which to do it
justice, we designed the "Castel 75" which also
houses our vaulted oven with its 58-litre capacity. The
solid stainless steel cooktop consists of two cooking elements
of your choice (for example a two-burner unit plus a large
central burner). And as always, we offer twenty-five colours
and twelve combinations of chrome, nickel, copper or brass
trims.
