The CornuFé represents
a new generation of La Cornue cookers combining the quality,
performance and design that the company has been renowned
for over the past century. Culinary excellence has been
incoporated with new technology and contemporary styling
to provide a modern take on traditional gourmet cooking,
which is suitable for any style of kitchen. Following in
the La Cornue custom of designing each aspect of the cooker
for a culinary purpose, the CornuFé is a dual fuel
model offering both a multifunction and a fan oven. In addition,
the CornuFé offers a wide stainless steel range top
with cast iron pan supports and five powerful gas burners,
including a single 4kW large central burner for sizeable
dishes or pans. A useful drawer in the base serves as a
plate warmer or storage facility. The CornuFé features
heavy duty enamelled steel doors available in six attractive
colours to suit all interiors, i.e. stainless steel, gloss
black, forest green, ivory white, dove grey and Provence
blue. There is also a choice of satin chrome, or brass and
satin chorme for the trim, including handrail, control knobs,
door handles and drawer trims.
