"La Flamberge" is an authentic open-air vertical
rotisserie, which roasts meat, poultry and fish to perfection.
The intensity of the flame and its distance from the food
can be adjusted easily. You can place up to 4 chickens at
the same time or skewer very large pieces of meat. The La
Cornue "La Flamberge" can be built to operate
with gas or electricity.
